Transparent pricing, no form required

Ways to work with Evans.

Services organised by how they are bought — from a single free tool through to sustained commercial leadership. Where a service has standard pricing, it is shown here. Where pricing is genuinely bespoke, the structure is explained honestly rather than hidden behind an enquiry form.

Not sure which of these fits? Start Here will help you work out the most sensible route.

The commercial entry ladder

From a free tool to sustained leadership.

Not every category costs or works the same way — a free tool, a fixed-fee Pilot and sustained commercial leadership are genuinely different commitments. This shows the shape of the whole range, not a single ladder everyone is expected to climb.

  1. 01

    Free

Articles, free tools and diagnostics — no cost, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Entry

A fixed-fee, low-commitment way to get senior attention on one priority.

  3. 03

    Productised & recurring

Ongoing monthly services with transparent, standard pricing.

  4. 04

    Programmes

Structured, scoped programmes run over a defined period.

  5. 05

    Strategic & leadership

Senior commercial leadership for sustained or complex requirements.

Standard, published pricing

Every price, in one place.

All figures are VAT-exclusive, GBP, and the same figures shown on each service's own page. Evans does not make buyers submit an enquiry merely to discover a published price.

Start small

A fixed-fee, low-commitment way to get senior attention on one real priority.

Recurring intelligence

Ongoing monthly Engines. Each has an Intelligence tier and a Managed tier.

Build something new

Programmes and digital infrastructure that build a new channel, business or commercial system.

Commercial leadership

Structured leadership support and a founder sounding board.

People

Recurring permanent recruitment support.

Market entry — fixed elements

Specific, fixed-fee market-entry components.

Startups

Fixed-fee commercial foundations for founder-led startups.

Bid & tender

Support for formal bid and tender processes.

Running two Engines together gives a 10% off combined standard monthly Engine fees; three Engines together gives a 15% off combined standard monthly Engine fees — applied to the combined standard monthly fee.

Bespoke or "from"-priced services

Where pricing genuinely depends on scope.

A small number of services vary enough between businesses that a single published price would be misleading. These are not hidden — the honest starting point and the reason it varies are both shown here.

Fractional Sales Director / Commercial Leadership

From £2,950 + VAT

Priced by the days per month and seniority required, which varies by business. The published figure is the genuine starting point — a scoping conversation confirms the final fee before anything is agreed.

International Market Entry

From £3,950 + VAT

Scope depends on the market, route to market and how much groundwork already exists. The published figure is the genuine starting point for the smallest realistic scope.

Executive Recruitment

Bespoke

Priced individually against the seniority of the role, the search required and the market. Evans never publishes a placeholder number for executive search — ask for a quote against a specific brief.

A note on high-value services

If what you need is clearly Fractional Sales Director, substantial Market Entry, a large Channel Creation programme or complex AI/automation work, that is where we will point you — not towards the 30-Day Pilot. The Pilot exists to de-risk an uncertain first step; it is not the flagship proposition, and a buyer who is already ready for the larger engagement should not be diverted into a smaller one.

Commercial proof, not claims

Why Evans?

  1. 01

    Commercial focus, not generic strategy

Every engagement is built around a commercial outcome — pipeline, revenue, a channel, a hire, a working website — rather than a slide deck of recommendations.

  2. 02

    Senior involvement, not account-management layers

Evans is deliberately founder-led. Clients work with senior commercial people rather than being sold by one person and handed to another.

  3. 03

    Technology-supported delivery

Research, opportunity identification and repetitive commercial work are supported by Evans' own tools and automation, with people reviewing and approving before anything reaches a client or a prospect.

  4. 04

    Practical execution, not just advice

Depending on the service, outputs can include researched opportunities, target accounts, a built channel, a working website, automation or a completed hire — not only a report.

  5. 05

Works across the whole commercial function

Evans moves between sales, digital infrastructure, automation, recruitment, market entry and commercial strategy, so a cross-functional problem does not need five separate suppliers.

  6. 06

    Transparent, published pricing

Standard services are priced and published rather than hidden behind a form. Where pricing is bespoke, the structure is explained honestly rather than left vague.

Evans does not publish fabricated client counts, revenue figures or testimonials. Where genuine evidence exists, see Client Results and Digital Infrastructure in Practice. For newer propositions without case studies, service pages set out methodology, illustrative examples and scope instead of invented proof.

Honest answers to common objections

"We don't need another consultant."

Fair concern. Evans engagements are built to produce commercial work and outputs, not simply recommendations — depending on the service, that can mean researched opportunities, target accounts, a built channel, a working website, automation, sales infrastructure, a completed hire or commercial leadership. Not every service includes hands-on execution, and we say plainly which ones do.

"We don't have time for this."

For productised services, Evans does the heavy lifting. Client time is mainly needed for context, approval, commercial decisions and feedback — not for doing the work itself. We will not claim zero involvement is required, because that would not be true.

"We've tried consultants before and it didn't work."

We won't criticise other consultants. What we can offer is a defined scope, commercial outputs rather than only advice, transparent pricing where possible, technology-enabled delivery, and clear next steps at every stage.

"Why not just hire someone?"

An employee can be the right answer when the workload is permanent, the role is clear, and the business needs daily internal ownership. Evans tends to make more sense when the problem spans disciplines, senior capability is needed without full-time cost, the requirement is temporary, technology can do much of the delivery, or you need external execution quickly. Evans is not always cheaper or always better — it depends on the situation.

"Why not just use AI ourselves?"

You can, and often should, use AI internally. Evans' value sits in the commercial architecture around it — implementation, business context, workflow design, data structure, human review, ongoing execution, and connecting the technology to an actual revenue or cost outcome. There is nothing mystical or exclusive about the tools themselves.

Do you work with our existing team or external agencies?

Yes to both, where it makes sense. Evans typically works alongside an existing team or adviser rather than requiring you to replace them, providing the capability or capacity that is currently missing.

Are we tied into anything after a Pilot or trial?

No. The 30-Day Pilot has no automatic renewal. Where an ongoing service has a minimum term — shown clearly on that service's own page — it is stated upfront, never discovered later.

Not sure where to start?

Common questions

  • No. Every standard-priced Evans service shows its published price on this page and on the service's own page. You only need to speak to us to confirm scope for the handful of services that are genuinely bespoke.

  • A small number of services — Fractional Sales Director, larger Market Entry work, and Executive Recruitment — depend on scope that varies meaningfully between businesses. The published 'from' figure is the genuine starting point, not a teaser; a short scoping conversation confirms the final fee.

  • No. You can start with a single area. Many clients start with one Engine, the 30-Day Pilot, or a single digital service, and add more only if it makes commercial sense.

  • There is no automatic renewal. If the Pilot uncovers a longer-term requirement, we will say so and recommend the relevant service — you decide whether to continue.

  • No. Evans typically works alongside an existing team, providing capacity, specialist capability or senior leadership that is missing — not replacing people who are already doing their job well.

  • Evans is founder-led and clients get senior commercial involvement from the outset. As engagements scale, delivery may also involve the Evans team, specialists, technology and approved delivery partners, with senior oversight throughout.
