Market entry digital infrastructure
The digital commercial infrastructure a business needs to compete in a new market.
Entering a country without the right digital presence leaves a good business invisible, or visible and unconvincing. This is the infrastructure that makes an expansion findable, credible and commercially productive.
Why this sits inside a market-entry consultancy
Market entry digital infrastructure means the digital assets a business needs in order to sell in a market it is entering: a commercial website built for that market, language and country estates where relevant, international search architecture, tools and research assets that create authority, and the enquiry and CRM systems that turn attention into qualified opportunities. It is designed around the buyer and the route to market, not around a page count.
We do not begin with pages. We begin with the market, the buyer, the commercial objective and the route to revenue โ and only then decide what needs to exist digitally.
The pattern is familiar. A business commits to a new country, appoints a distributor or a first salesperson, and then discovers that everything a prospective customer finds about it is in the wrong language, aimed at the wrong market and structured around a domestic proposition that does not apply. Enquiries do not arrive, and the salesperson has no credibility to point at.
Digital infrastructure built by a general web agency solves the visual problem and rarely the commercial one, because the agency has no view on the route to market, the buying chain, the specification process or what a serious enquiry from that country actually looks like.
Evans Sales Consultancy approaches it the other way round. The commercial strategy is decided first; the digital estate is then built to serve it. This site itself is an example of the type of multilingual commercial architecture involved.
The capabilities in detail
Most programmes use several of these together. The right combination depends on the markets, the languages and how buyers there find and evaluate suppliers.
Market-entry websites
A market-entry website is a commercial digital estate built specifically to establish a business in a country where it has no reputation, positioned around that market's buyers and route to market.
Multilingual international websites
A multilingual international website is a commercial estate in which each language is a genuine native commercial experience, correctly signalled to search engines and continuous from first page to enquiry.
International SEO and AI search architecture
International SEO architecture is the technical and structural work that makes a multi-market website intelligible to search engines and AI answer systems: URL structure, hreflang, canonicals, internal linking, intent mapping and structured data.
Country landing estates
A country landing estate is a set of country-specific commercial pages built around genuine differences in market structure, standards, buying behaviour and search demand.
Commercial tools and calculators
Commercial tools are interactive assets โ calculators, planning tools, diagnostics and qualification tools โ that produce a genuinely useful output for a prospect while capturing commercial context for the business.
Reports and research assets
A commercial report or research asset is a substantial written resource that establishes authority in a market and captures high-intent interest from readers who identify themselves to obtain it.
Conversion, proof, AI lead capture and CRM
Conversion infrastructure is the system of enquiry journeys, qualification, proof, notification and CRM connection that turns interest in a new market into opportunities a sales team can act on.

What the infrastructure can include
Not every business needs all of it. The right scope depends on the markets, the languages, the route to market and how buyers in that country actually search and evaluate.
Market-entry websites
A commercial estate built specifically around establishing a business in a market it is not yet known in.
Multilingual international websites
Genuine language estates that let a business sell across several countries without diluting one domestic site.
Country landing estates
Structured country-specific content built around real market differences and genuine local search demand.
International SEO architecture
URL structure, hreflang, canonicals, internal linking, search-intent mapping, structured data and localised metadata.
AI search and answer visibility
Content structured so that concepts, services and geography can be extracted and understood by modern answer systems.
Commercial tools and calculators
Cost calculators, planning tools, diagnostics and qualification tools that generate useful outputs and better enquiries.
Reports and research assets
Market reports, buyer guides and research that establish authority and capture serious commercial interest.
Case-study and proof systems
Credible proof architecture built from real customer outcomes, sector experience and market evidence.
Conversion infrastructure
Enquiry journeys, qualification, high-intent calls to action and market-specific conversion paths.
AI-enabled lead capture
Practical use of AI for qualification, commercial diagnosis and personalised planning outputs, where it genuinely helps.
CRM integration
Connecting captured opportunities into the CRM or workflow the business already runs on, where suitable.
Commercial measurement
Attribution and reporting that show which markets, pages and journeys are producing real enquiries.
It works in both directions
The service is not only for overseas businesses entering Britain. It is for any business that needs commercial presence in a market it does not already own.
Overseas manufacturer entering the UK
An established German or Nordic estate, plus a UK commercial site positioned for British buyers, UK search architecture, UK proof, UK enquiry journeys and CRM connection โ so the new UK salesperson or distributor is supported rather than starting cold.
UK manufacturer expanding across Europe
An existing UK site extended into German, French, Spanish, Dutch or Scandinavian commercial estates, with international SEO, hreflang, country-specific content, market-entry tools and lead capture in each language.
European business entering another European market
Country estates that reflect genuinely different standards, buying chains and search behaviour rather than a translated original.
Transatlantic expansion
Distinct North American positioning, terminology, proof and conversion paths, which frequently differ more from European practice than businesses expect.
How this differs from a web agency
Commercial strategy first
Market, buyer, route to market and objective are settled before a single page is designed.
Built by people who sell
The enquiry journeys are designed by people who have had to follow up the enquiries and qualify them.
International structure by default
Language and country architecture, hreflang and canonicals treated as commercial infrastructure, not as an SEO afterthought.
Proof that stands up
Evidence architecture built from what genuinely happened, because overstated proof is discovered quickly in technical B2B markets.
Tools with commercial purpose
Calculators and planning tools that give a prospect something genuinely useful and give you a qualified conversation.
Honest about what we do not know
We will not promise rankings, traffic multiples or guaranteed visibility in AI systems. Nobody can.
How a digital infrastructure programme runs
01
Commercial and market definition
Markets, buyers, route to market, competitors, languages and what a qualified enquiry actually looks like in each country.
02
Search and demand assessment
How buyers in each market search and evaluate, what terminology they use, and where genuine demand exists.
03
Architecture
Language and country structure, URL architecture, hreflang and canonical convention, content clusters and internal linking.
04
Content and proof
Commercial content written for the market, in the market's language, with proof drawn only from what genuinely exists.
05
Conversion and capture
Enquiry journeys, qualification, tools, reports and the internal notifications that let the business act quickly.
06
Integration and measurement
CRM or workflow connection where suitable, attribution, and reporting on which markets and journeys produce real opportunities.
What this is, and what it is not
What we do
- Commercial digital infrastructure designed around market entry and international growth.
- Design and build of high-performance B2B, international, multilingual and market-entry websites.
- International search architecture, country estates and content clusters.
- Commercial tools, reports, conversion journeys and lead capture.
- CRM and workflow integration where it is technically and commercially appropriate.
What we do not do
- Brochure website design for its own sake, disconnected from a commercial objective.
- Guaranteed rankings, traffic figures or citation in AI answer systems.
- Machine translation presented as a language estate.
- Claims of integration with systems that have not actually been implemented for the client.
- Invented performance statistics. Where results are not yet measured, we say so.
Common questions
No. Websites are one part of it. The service covers the commercial digital infrastructure a business needs to enter and compete in a market: positioning for that country, language and country architecture, search structure, proof, tools, enquiry journeys and CRM connection. We can design and build the sites themselves, but the design follows the commercial decisions rather than leading them.
Usually not. Most businesses are better served by one well-structured international estate with proper language and country architecture. A separate site is sometimes justified โ a distinct brand, a joint venture, a materially different proposition โ and we would set out the trade-offs before recommending it.
Often, yes. Where the platform is sound, the international structure can be added to it. Where the existing site cannot support genuine multilingual architecture without compromise, we will explain what the constraint costs commercially and let you decide.
Structuring content so that what a business does, where it does it and who it serves can be clearly extracted and understood by search engines and AI-assisted answer systems: direct answers, clear definitions, explicit service and geography relationships, and question-and-answer sections. It does not mean guaranteed inclusion in any AI system's answers, and anyone promising that is guessing.
Write it, working from the commercial position. Word-for-word translation of domestic marketing copy reads badly to native buyers and rarely matches how they search. Content is produced for the market, then reviewed for commercial accuracy.
We describe capability and method rather than presenting traffic or ranking results we have not measured for a client. Where a client programme produces measured outcomes, those will be published with their permission. Evans Sales Consultancy's own multilingual commercial estate is a working example of the architecture involved.
Directly. Market assessment and route-to-market work decides what the digital estate has to do; recruitment puts a person behind it; business development uses the enquiries it produces. The infrastructure is worth building because there is a commercial operation to feed.
Where it is technically and commercially sensible, yes โ enquiries, qualification data and attribution passed into the system your team already works in. We will not claim an integration exists before it has been built and tested.
