Evans Sales Consultancy

B2B commercial consultancy, recruitment and international growth

The platform you are reading: a seventeen-language commercial estate carrying services, markets, recruitment, tools, reports and enquiry routing without becoming incoherent.

Internal Evans project — built and owned by Evans, not a client engagement.

The commercial requirement

Evans sells several genuinely different things to genuinely different buyers: commercial leadership, UK sales growth, international market entry, digital infrastructure, executive recruitment and international commercial recruitment.

Those buyers arrive in different languages, from different countries, at different stages — some looking for a service, some looking for an answer, some looking for a person to hire.

The platform had to hold all of that, in one coherent system, without the proposition collapsing into a list of services.

The digital challenge

The requirement was never 'build a consultancy website'. It was to build a commercial estate that can carry multiple service families, multiple buyer journeys, origin and destination markets, recruitment architecture, working tools and authority assets across seventeen languages.

Every one of those layers is a chance to duplicate content, split intent across competing pages, or send an international reader back into English. The architecture exists to prevent exactly that.

The approach

Separate the intents before writing anything: what a buyer wants, where they are growing from, where they are growing to, and which level of engagement they are actually reading about.

Give each intent one page that owns it, with one commercial route out, then connect them deliberately rather than with a navigation dump.

Write each language natively rather than translating the English, and keep the routing, canonicals and hreflang consistent so a reader who arrives in their own language stays in it.

What was built

  • A seventeen-language estate with native URLs, same-language navigation and native commercial copy, including right-to-left Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Hindi.
  • Destination architecture for the UK, Europe, North America and Australia, origin architecture for businesses growing out of their own home market, and corridor pages where a specific origin meets a specific destination.
  • Working commercial tools rather than downloads: a market entry planner, a UK sales growth planner and a fractional sales director cost calculator, each producing a personalised result.
  • Executive recruitment structured by role and engagement model, separate from international and commercial recruitment, so each search intent has one owner.
  • A dated report and guide estate, an expansion playbook, a large insights library, case studies and signed client references — each with a single commercial route out.
  • The technical layer under all of it: self-referencing canonicals, reciprocal hreflang across every language, structured data, a maintained sitemap and service-specific forms that carry context and source attribution into the conversation.

How the system supports the commercial objective

A complex proposition becomes understandable: a reader can tell within one page which level of help they are looking at and what it costs.

Several buyer types are served without competing for the same page, which is what normally makes a consultancy site vague.

Trust is built before the enquiry, because a prospect can diagnose their own position with a tool, read the reasoning, and see the references before they speak to anyone.

The journey is deliberate: question, then evidence, then tool, then service, then conversation.

Explore the build

  • Change the language

Use the language selector in the header. Every page you are on has a native equivalent — you will land on the same page in that language, not on a translated homepage.

  • Build a market entry plan

The planner asks about your product, your target market and your route to market, then returns a structured plan rather than a brochure.
