We do not just advise on digital infrastructure. We design and build it.
Selected systems built around a real commercial objective — multilingual international growth platforms, regional lead-generation estates, content and IP architecture, and product-led ecommerce concepts. Each one shows how strategy, content, tools, architecture and conversion work together.
These are digital builds, not client outcome studies. Each carries its real status and its real relationship to Evans. No traffic, ranking, lead, conversion or revenue figures are claimed anywhere in this section, because architecture is what this evidences and performance claims would need evidence of their own.

Evans Sales Consultancy
B2B commercial consultancy, recruitment and international growth
The platform you are reading: a seventeen-language commercial estate carrying services, markets, recruitment, tools, reports and enquiry routing without becoming incoherent.
Internal Evans project — built and owned by Evans, not a client engagement.
This site is the build. Change the language and you stay on the same page in that language. Use a tool and you get a personalised result. Follow a client reference and it takes you into the corresponding case study.
Change the language.Use the language selector in the header. Every page you are on has a native equivalent — you will land on the same page in that language, not on a translated homepage.
Build a market entry plan. The planner asks about your product, your target market and your route to market, then returns a structured plan rather than a brochure.
Compare fractional sales director costs.A working cost model, not a price list.
Explore the market architecture.Destination pillars, country hubs and origin-market pages, each with its own intent.

SHS Cumbria
Groundworks, civil engineering and construction — Cumbria
A regional groundworks and civil engineering business given a commercial digital estate: service architecture, service-area coverage, planning and cost guidance, plant and equipment, and structured enquiry routes.
Creative intellectual property — fiction series and story world
A multilingual digital estate built around a near-future fiction series: story world, reader journeys, content architecture and atmosphere, in eighteen language editions.
Sports and hospitality interiors — product-led ecommerce concept
A product-led direct-to-consumer proposition being developed around sports and hospitality interiors — brand, product architecture and ecommerce thinking, before any market launch.
Each of these systems starts from the intents it has to serve — buyer, market, language, question — and gives each one a page that owns it. That is what stops a large site becoming a large mess.
Content as commercial infrastructure
Cost guidance, planning answers, reports, story-world pages: content is built where a decision actually gets made, not produced to fill a blog.
Tools and journeys, not brochures
Where a buyer needs to work something out, they are given something that works something out — a planner, a calculator, a product journey — and a single route onwards.
International by construction
Two of these estates are multilingual by design, with native URLs, real editions and reciprocal hreflang, rather than a translation layer added later.
No. Evans is not a web agency, a design studio or an SEO agency. These are commercial systems built around a commercial objective, shown so that a buyer of Digital Infrastructure can see what that actually means rather than take it on trust.
No, and each one says which it is. Evans Sales Consultancy is an internal Evans project. SHS Cumbria is a client build. The Unread is a creative / IP project. North Stand is a concept in development. Presenting them otherwise would be misleading.
Because they are not evidenced here. What this section proves is architecture, functionality, commercial reasoning, design and content depth. Performance claims would require their own evidence, and none are made.
North Stand is clearly labelled as concept development. An honest in-build example shows how a commercial proposition is developed — brand, product architecture, commercial logic — which is often more useful than a finished result.
Client Results means case studies and signed client references from work with clients. Digital builds are a different type of proof and can be internal, creative, in build or external. The two are kept separate deliberately.
That is the Digital Infrastructure service. Depending on scope it may instead be the Commercial Website Audit, the International SEO & Localisation Pack or a Market-Entry Landing Estate — the right level is agreed before anything is built.
Discuss your digital infrastructure.
If the commercial platform behind your growth has to carry several propositions, several markets or several languages, that is a structural piece of work — and it is the one these builds came out of.
