Nature of involvement
North West expansion
The business
Bespoke uPVC Windows and Doors is a family-run uPVC window and door business based in Staffordshire.
The business had primarily operated in Staffordshire. Tom supported its expansion of residential work beyond that home territory.
This was commercial support rather than a formal Evans Sales Consultancy consultancy engagement. The business is Staffordshire-based, not Manchester-based.
Commercial support provided
01
Winning work across the North West
Helped the business win additional residential work across the North West rather than remaining dependent on its home county.
02
Broadening geographic reach
Supported the commercial decisions behind serving a wider area — where the work was worth pursuing and how far the business could sensibly reach.
03
SEO and paid search
Supported SEO and Google Ads activity to improve digital customer acquisition in the wider territory. No advertising or ranking results are published; none were supplied.
The commercial principle
Territory expansion is a demand problem before it is a sales problem
An installer that wants work in a new area first has to be findable there. Digital acquisition and commercial targeting have to move together, or the vans travel further for the same enquiries.
D&I wanted to accelerate growth beyond its existing model. We helped strengthen the sales strategy while establishing a dedicated installation arm and new aluminium fabrication capability, supporting turnover growth from approximately £2.2m to £4.6m.
Crucial Engineering wanted to expand beyond Bradford and build a genuine national sales operation. We helped develop larger Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities, strengthen business development and establish a profitable new automation revenue stream.
